OpenAssist is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, logos, and branding, belong to OpenAssist AI Ltd or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence required for us to operate the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenAssist AI Ltd from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Courts located in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
